Jaynie specializes in providing emotional and physical support for the postpartum birth parent, creating a nurturing environment for the newborn(s), educating parents on safety, sleep, and scheduling, and helping to establish an easy-to-maintain daily routine so that baby is eating, playing, and sleeping on a set pattern.  Her goal is to get each baby sleeping through the night as quickly as possible! She can also help parents troubleshoot issues with eating, sleeping, pottying, and bathing, and create a plan of action or provide a referral to the appropriate professional for more help.  She is also educated in recognizing signs of Postpartum Mood Disorders so that parents can get professional support sooner.

Whether you are expecting your first baby, or welcoming a new baby sibling to your family, Jaynie can help everyone have the Easiest Beginning possible!
